Communications
Since September 22, 2004, Ocean Express has not engaged in any emergency
communications with any Energy Affiliates to keep its system operational.
If Ocean Express engages in any such communications, it will post that
fact within twenty-four hours of communication. Since September 22, 2004,
Ocean Express has not disclosed any customer information to an Energy
or Marketing Affiliate pursuant to the customer's voluntary consent. If
Ocean Express receives such consent and discloses customer information
to an Energy or Marketing Affiliate, it will post that fact within twenty-four
hours of the disclosure.
Shared Employees and Transfers
Ocean Express does not have any shared employees who perform transmission
functions for Ocean Express with its Energy or Marketing Affiliates, nor
does Ocean Express have any employees who are engaged in transmission
functions and marketing or sales functions. Since September 22, 2004,
there have been no transfers of employees between Ocean Express and any
of its Energy or Marketing Affiliates.
Mergers
Ocean Express is not planning to engage in any corporate merger involving
its affiliates.
Tariff Matters
Since September 22, 2004, Ocean Express has not exercised discretion under
its tariff or offered a discount for transmission service.
